1. Promoter
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the “Promoter” is iL Tutto® UK, whose
Instagram account is @iltutto_uk.
2. Prize
The prize is one (1) Frankie Electric Recliner Glider Nursery Chair. The winner may
select either Light Beige or Greige fabric, subject to availability.
3. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the
time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and anyone professionally
connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
4. Prize Draw Period
The Prize Draw opens at 6:00 AM BST on 28 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm
BST on 5 October 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter.
To enter, entrants must, during the Prize Draw Period:
• Follow @iltutto_uk on Instagram; and
• Tag one (1) other Instagram account in the comments of the specified giveaway
post published by @iltutto_uk.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple comments or tags will not result in
additional entries.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and must continue to follow @iltutto_uk
at the time the winner is selected so that their entry can be verified.
6. Winner SelectionOne (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the
Closing Date using a verifiably random computer process.
The winner will be selected on 10 October 2026.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @iltutto_uk Instagram
account within five (5) business days of the draw.
The Promoter will never request payment or bank details from the winner in order to
claim the Prize.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted and provide any
information reasonably required by the Promoter to verify their eligibility and arrange
delivery of the Prize.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible or is
unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative
winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Prize Fulfilment
The winner will be required to provide their full name, delivery address, email address
and telephone number for the purposes of arranging delivery of the Prize.
Delivery of the Prize to an eligible United Kingdom address is included. The Promoter
will arrange delivery with the winner following confirmation of their details and will
endeavour to deliver the Prize within 30 days of the winner accepting it, subject to
product availability and delivery arrangements.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that suitable access is available for delivery of
the Prize.
9. Prize Conditions
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
If the advertised Prize or selected fabric becomes unavailable due to circumstances
outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
10. Invalid EntriesThe Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete,
corrupted or otherwise not successfully submitted due to a technical fault or any other
reason outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable
grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions or
otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly.
11. Winner Information
The Promoter may announce the winner's first name and/or Instagram username on
the @iltutto_uk Instagram account following confirmation of the winner.
The winner may object to their information being published or request that the amount
of information published be reduced by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may still
be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority
where required.
12. Personal Information
Any personal information provided by entrants or the winner will be used only for the
administration and fulfilment of the Prize Draw and otherwise handled in accordance
with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
The winner's details may be shared with relevant delivery or fulfilment partners solely
where necessary to arrange delivery of the Prize.
13. Instagram Disclaimer
This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with
Instagram. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility or
liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
14. Changes or Cancellation
If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make it necessary to do so,
the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw or these
Terms and Conditions, provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot
lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss,
damage or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance or use ofthe Prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or where liability cannot
otherwise be excluded by law.
16. General
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the Prize Draw and selection of
the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants
retain any rights they may have to bring proceedings in their applicable UK jurisdiction.
