 IL Tutto® Standard Delivery
  • A single-person courier service.
  • Customers are contacted by our delivery partners to confirm delivery times through their booking service, so that customers have time to organise additional support to take the delivery.
  • Third-party courier company is not able remove any packaging or take the goods inside to your residence due to there being one courier available per delivery.
  • If you live in a block of flats the goods will be delivered to the ground floor.

Important Note for Standard Delivery Service

iL Tutto’s® delivery is carried out by an external courier company. Upon delivery, your nursery chair will arrive securely packaged on a pallet. Please be aware that as a free standard-delivery to most locations, our 3rd party carrier only offers curb-side delivery. Our 3rd party carriers are unable to enter customer properties or driveways due to insurance reasons. Customers are contacted by our delivery partners to confirm delivery times through their ‘booking’ service, so that customers have time to organise additional support to take the delivery.

Should you have specific delivery instructions, we recommend discussing them directly with the courier when they contact you to notify you of your order’s delivery status.

Pre-order Item Delivery

Delivery ETA’s are only for items ‘in-stock’ at the time of your order. Any ‘pre-orders’ made, the ETA date will be outlined on the product page and confirmed in email. This is usually any time from 2 weeks – 3 months, depending on how quickly we can get the item made for you.
